Questions agents ask
Who can become a BusPlease agent?
Travel agencies, mobile and recharge shops, cyber cafes and ticket counters anywhere in India. A GSTIN helps but is not needed to apply.
How do I add money to my wallet?
After approval, the BusPlease team shares how to top up. Money shows in your wallet once it is received, and every top-up appears on your statement.
Can my customer track the bus?
Yes. Every booking comes with the passenger ticket and, when the bus has a tracker fitted, a live link you can send to your customer.
What happens when a customer cancels?
Cancel from the ticket. The operator's refund rule decides the refund, which goes back to your wallet less the share of commission it represents.
