Questions about offers

Is there a booking fee on BusPlease?

No. The fare shown for a seat is the fare you pay, and the full amount is on screen before you confirm.

Does the live tracking link cost extra?

No. When your bus has a tracker fitted, the link comes with your ticket at no cost, and whoever you send it to needs no app or login.

How do I use an offer code?

Pick your seats, then type the code in the Offers box under Your booking, or tap Apply next to an offer shown there. The saving comes off the total before you confirm, and your ticket shows it.

Why was my code not accepted?

Each code says what it needs: a minimum booking amount, a route, a first booking, or once per mobile number. The seat page tells you which one was not met. A code is checked again when you confirm, so a code that runs out in the meantime is not applied and you are told before anything is booked.

If I cancel, do I get the code back?

Yes. Cancelling a booking returns the code's use to your number, and the refund is worked out on what you actually paid after the discount.
