Built into every booking
Seating for women
Switch on Travelling as a woman and the seat map shows which berths are next to women. A free seat next to a woman who has booked can only be booked by a woman.
Share your bus live
When the bus has a tracker, your ticket has a link that shows the bus on a map. The link shows the bus and your boarding and drop stops, never your name, phone, seat or PNR.
A pickup you can find
Every boarding point names the bus stand and a landmark, with directions in Maps, so you are not waiting on a dark roadside guessing.
Tips for overnight and solo trips
- Book early so you have a choice of berths, and check whether yours is upper or lower.
- Send the live link to someone before you leave, and tell them your drop point and arrival date.
- Reach the boarding point a little early and check the bus number against your ticket before boarding.
- Keep your phone charged and your ID, ticket and valuables in a small bag you keep with you.
- Read the cancellation rule before you pay, so a change of plan does not cost more than it should.

In an emergency
Call 112, India's single emergency number for police, fire and ambulance. For a women's helpline, call 1091 or 181. Tell the bus crew too, and if the operator has shared a phone number, it is on your ticket.
